A second Qantas flight has been diverted, leaving passengers waiting on a plane for two hours due to a suspected navigational computer malfunction.
A Qantas spokesperson said Flight QF134 from Christchurch to Brisbane was diverted to Auckland this morning after the pilots received an indication warning in the cockpit.
"Engineers found no issue with the aircraft and cleared it to continue to Brisbane. The flight landed in Brisbane around 60 minutes after its scheduled arrival time," Qantas said.
The Stuff news service reported that passengers were left waiting for over two hours before the aircraft left for Brisbane at 11.20am. A passenger described the incident as very frustrating.
