KEY POINTS:
A second man has appeared in court charged with murdering paedophile Glen Donald Stinson.
Bruce Raymond Tamatea, 46, unemployed, of Palmerston North, was remanded in custody until August 21 when he appeared before Judge Nevin Dawson in Palmerston North District Court today.
He was jointly charged with the murder of Stinson at Foxton on July 27.
Concrete worker Aubrey Thomas Harrison, 27, appeared in court on Friday charged with murder and indicated he would plead not guilty.
A 31-year-old woman, whose name is suppressed, was last week charged with kidnapping and assaulting Stinson with intent to injure.
Both have been remanded in custody.
Stinson, 57, was on bail facing three charges of indecent assault and one of attempted rape on a girl under the age of 12.
He had several previous convictions for sex offending on young girls.
