A 30-year-old Feilding man has become the second person to be arrested in connection with an alleged kidnapping in the town.
He will appear at Whanganui District Court tomorrow facing charges of kidnapping, threatening to cause grievous bodily harm and threatening to act.
A man told police he was threatened while being held hostage overnight last Tuesday in a Feilding house.
On Wednesday, a 33-year-old man was arrested and remanded in custody.
Police are still seeking a third man in connection with the incident. He is described as tall, part Maori, and in his late 20s to early 30s with dark hair, dark eyes, and a muscular build.
