A second man has been arrested and charged with being an accessory to murder after the death of Don Henry Turei jnr.
Turei was killed in a crash on State Highway 35, opposite the Raukokore Marae, near Te Kaha, on November 26 last year. Police are treating his death as a homicide.
A 32-year-old man will appear in Rotorua District Court today.
The arrest comes after a 33-year-old Te Kaha man was charged with being an accessory to murder on May 17.
Enquiries are continuing.
