A man has serious head injuries after falling from a balcony in the Dunedin student area last night.
Emergency services were called to the Dundas Street property just after 10pm, where there was a party.
The 19-year-old was taken to Dunedin Hospital bleeding and with head injuries.
The latest incident has happened just over a week after 18 people were injured in a Friday night balcony collapse during a Six60 concert in Castle Street .
