A second man has been arrested for allegedly sexually violating a woman he met on the internet.
The 36-year-old Waikato man is charged with sexually violating a woman who came to New Zealand after meeting him on the web.

Hospital after the attack.
The man appeared in the Hamilton District Court yesterday and was granted bail.
His name and other details were suppressed and he was ordered to reappear on January 30.
His arrest follows that of another Waikato man, who allegedly raped and sexually violated two women he met on separate occasions through a New Zealand dating website.
Police said on Tuesday that the 40-year-old man, who used the cyber ID "Houndman", could have struck before.
They urged women who had met him on dating sites to contact them after they learned the suspect had been using the site for at least two years.
The first attack happened on November 9 and the second, November 23.
The 40-year-old was arrested on November 29 and remanded on bail.
He is due to appear in the Huntly District Court tomorrow.
The cases have prompted warnings from internet safety group NetSafe, which said it regularly received calls to its helpline from people experiencing difficulties with online relationships.
Operations manager Lee Chisholm said people using dating websites needed to think about what site they used, as some were geared towards casual sexual encounters, while others were for people looking for romantic, long-term relationships.
"Although there are many people who have had successful relationships through internet dating sites, there are predators out there and people will misuse those sites," she said.
"People are not always who they seem, who they say they are, and it's very easy to give false impressions online."
Users needed to think not only about others' profiles, but also their own and the information they shared.
"What they call themselves, what photo they put up, will all have an impact on who is attracted to speak with them."
