Police called in search and rescue staff today to help try to find an elderly Rangiora man who has medical problems and faces a life-threatening situation without his medicine.
Lawrence O'Connell, 61, was likely to be disoriented Christchurch police said.
The missing man, last seen in Rangiora at 1pm yesterday, was wearing a blue shirt, black polar fleece jacket, black track pants, black shoes and a green cap with bits of white paint
