Search for McGregor continues

Searchers continue to comb the Parapara Ranges, hoping to find clues into the disappearance of Marice McGregor.

The 45-year-old Wanganui woman was last seen driving along State Highway 4, 19 days ago. Her car was later found parked by the Lismore Forest, some 20 kilometres north of Wanganui.

Police have teamed up with a geographical profiler to help identify key areas and searchers, dogs and a helicopter have been sweeping areas of interest all day.

Police spokeswoman Kim Perks said they will continue until nightfall.
