The search for a missing mum-of-three Nicola Hedley continues in Dunedin.
At least 40 people are now assisting police in the search for the 36-year-old, known as Nic, who was reported missing on Sunday.
The search involves police staff, LandSAR volunteers, and a host of local people from North and South Otago, all of whom are being fed and supported by the marae.
Hedley's immediate family have also gathered at the marae.
"Nic is a much-loved mum of three, daughter, sister, niece and friend and we all just want her home," said a family spokeswoman.
"Her parents and wider family are extremely worried about Nic and urge anyone with information to contact the police.
"We are all so thankful for all of the support from the public but want to focus on getting Nic home."
