Schools to be guinea pigs for public-private partnerships

Two schools planned for Hobsonville will be the guinea pigs for National's proposal to extend public-private partnerships into education.

Infrastructure Minister Bill English said a private operator would build and maintain the schools for 25 years before returning them to the Crown.
