An Auckland schoolboy, accused of importing drugs, will defend the charges, Auckland District Court was told today.
Chun Lee, 17, also known as Larry Lee, faces charges of importing the class A drug methamphetamine and the class C drug pseudoephedrine.
Lee was a student at Auckland's Takapuna Grammar School at the time of the alleged offending but is now being schooled at home.
The court ordered that no more photographs of Lee be published after his lawyer Sanjay Patel said that identification would be an issue if the case went to trial.
Lee was remanded on continued bail until July 12 for a pre-depositions hearing.
