Justice Christine French has reserved her decision until Monday morning on the bid by Christchurch's Aorangi School to head off its closure early next year.
After two days of legal argument in the High Court at Christchurch, the hearing ended yesterday afternoon. Aorangi is challenging Education Minister Anne Tolley's decision that the school - which has a roll of 88 primary-age children - must close on January 27.
