The Salt family face another bid by Housing New Zealand to have them evicted from their Auckland State House.
The Tenancy Tribunal ruled against the state landlord two weeks ago.
Some neighbours of the Salts in Rangeview Road, Mt Albert, had complained of intimidation and abusive behaviour but the tribunal found them to be historic and said there had not been enough evidence presented.
Housing New Zealand's deadline to appeal was today but a spokesman said it had been filed last week.
Salt family lawyer John Foliaki did not return phone calls.
