Sailing: Mixed results for soling crew

New Zealand Olympic sailors Alan Smith, Don Cowie and Rod Davis were beaten by Denmark in their second quarter-final match race in the soling class on Sydney Harbour.

The Kiwis led by over a boat length at the top mark but could not hold out the Danes.

New Zealand now has a win and a loss having beaten Russia earlier on Tuesday.
