Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrives in New Zealand today for talks with Prime Minister John Key and Foreign Minister Murray McCully.
Mr Lavrov is one of the most influential foreign ministers in the world, and talks today will feature negotiations for a free trade agreement between New Zealand and Russia.
