Rugby World Cup: Week of fun

By the time you read this, Jono Single and Mark Edmondson will be getting their kit ready for one last dose of live rugby.

By the end of the day, Single would have seen eight games in nine days and Edmondson seven.

They finish their epic journey with the Fiji-Wales game at Waikato Stadium tonight.

"We're just big rugby fans really. It's probably going to be the last time in a long time we have the World Cup here so we're making the most of it," Single said.

"We looked at the draw and thought, if we take a week off, we could go here and there and make a week of it."

Their journey has taken them to Auckland, Rotorua, New Plymouth, Napier and Palmerston North and home to Hamilton.

The pair have celebrated with the Irish and Welsh supporters, but have also done a lot of driving in the early hours to get to games.

"I'm a bit over night driving," Edmondson said.

He said he was not sure what the pair would do with themselves when the tournament finished.

"All the days are sort of blurred at the moment but I suppose we'll start following cricket when that turns up."
