Friday's Japan versus All Blacks game drew the channel's highest audience ever, with 696,430 tuning in, almost double the previous best a week earlier for the England-Argentina game.
On Saturday 487,730 viewers watched Australia play Ireland, winning the 8.30pm to 10.15pm timeslot.
