Rotorua robbers used knives

Knives featured in two aggravated robberies in Rotorua.

A man escaped with a small amount of cash after threatening the duty manager at Fenton's Bar with a knife on Saturday morning, police said.

In the other incident, a man held a knife to a woman's throat and demanded money as she was walking along a bush track behind the Polynesian Pools on Friday afternoon.
