A Rotorua man has pleaded guilty to three charges related to attempting and intending
to make an intimate visual recording of another person.
The man, who has interim name suppression, appeared today in Rotorua District Court before Judge Louis Bidois.
He entered guilty pleas to one charge of attempting to make an intimate visual recording and two charges of intending to make an intimate visual recording.
Judge Bidois requested that victim impact statements be obtained for the court.
The man was remanded on bail to reappear for sentencing on May 24.
