creator Richard O'Brien's chances of getting New Zealand residency have improved after Associate Immigration Minister Kate Wilkinson has reportedly relaxed the usual age criteria and granted an exception to the need to have a job offer.
O'Brien's immigration adviser Dion Smart told
The Dominion Post
his 68-year-old client would still have to pass police and health checks, but Ms Wilkinson had said she would make exceptions on requirements for him to be 55 or under and have a job offer in New Zealand.
