Police are searching for four people who allegedly robbed an Auckland liquor store and assaulted two staff members this evening.
The incident occurred at Liquor Legends on Duke St in Three Kings shortly after 9pm, a police spokeswoman said.
Police were yet to interview the staff member so details were scarce at this point.
A staff member from the liquor store said two workers were "badly hurt" in the incident and had been taken to Auckland City Hospital for treatment. He said it was the third time in two weeks that the store had been robbed.
He was too shaken to talk further.
