A woman was kicked and punched by two men who stole her handbag in one of four robberies reported in Auckland yesterday.
Police said she was attacked as she walked on Clonbern Rd, Remuera at 7.30pm yesterday.
An hour later, a Sandringham superette was robbed by a man armed with a firearm, who stole the till contents.
Counties Manukau police are investigating the robbery of a Manukau store by three men who threatened the owners with a knife.
And two armed men entered a liquor store in Devonport about 10.30am yesterday. It was not known if anything was stolen.
