The Auckland company director who was driving a Porsche that plunged 40m from a Far North road, killing his passenger, has changed his plea to guilty a week before he was due to go on trial.
Jonathan Paul Martin was charged with driving at dangerous speed causing death after the January 7, 2009, crash which killed Waimate North man Alan Oliver.
