Road diversions are in place following a three-car crash which left two people injured in Paeroa.
The crash on the corner of State Highway 2 and Netherton Rd in Paeroa earlier this afternoon has left the road completely blocked, police said.
Diversions through side roads in the area were in place and police said they expected the road to be re-opened about 2.30pm.
Two people have been taken to Waikato Hospital following the crash, one in a serious and one in a moderate condition, police said.
