March 2 has been set as the retrial date for Jason John Cumming on charges of abducting a 16-year-old woman and sexually violating her over a period of about a week.
The retrial was ordered in a Supreme Court decision last month, and the case came before a call-over session before Justice Christine French in the High Court at Christchurch yesterday.
