The Albany-Puhoi motorway project now has all the resource consents it needs after Transit New Zealand's appeals over conditions on consents for earthworks were resolved at the Environment Court yesterday.
Rodney Mayor John Law said the next task was to persuade Transit to proceed with the $145 million job without waiting for legislation to make it a toll road.
