REGIONAL MANAGER (DEPUTY PRINCIPAL) – Whanganui

A unique and exciting role
We are a large and growing organisation delivering special education services to schools across multiple regions for students aged from 5 to 21 years old.
The Regional Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of their region. In this role they will work closely with the Principal, Executive Officer and other Regional Managers to achieve the goals of Arahunga. Presently the organisation supports more than 50 schools across the Central North Island. Our staff include Specialist Teachers in Outreach Services and Satellite classes, Therapists, Support Staff and a Transition to Work programme.
We are seeking a leader to continue our organisation's growth and success and embed the schools culture and strategic direction within the Wanganui region.

•Manage contracts and finances related to the region
•Report to the Principal and the Board of Trustees accordingly
This position has 4 Permanent Management Units, 3 Fixed Term Management Units plus Special Duties Allowance. Further fixed term units will be allocated by FTTE growth in your region. A school car and phone will be provided.
