Rhubarb and apple pie with crumble topping
Serves 6-8
• 150g flour
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 90g butter
• 2-3 Tbsp cold water
Filling
• 4 granny smith apples, peeled and chopped
• 4 stalks rhubarb, cut into 2cm pieces
• 1/3 cup water
• ¼ cup sugar
• Zest of ½ orange
Topping
• ½ cup flour
• 1 cup large oats
• ¼ cup sunflower seeds
• ¼ cup nuts, chopped roughly
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 60g butter, melted
