Ray White Remuera, in New Zealand, is the top performing office internationally within the group, based on its $725 million in property sales in the financial year ending July 2015.
It is the first time that a New Zealand office has taken the top spot, which has been dominated by the group's Australian offices in the last 20 years.
Ray White New Zealand director Carey Smith said the award to Megan Jaffe and her team was based on total turnover ranked out of 1000 offices.
He said the Remuera office's success reflected a growth in market share and dedication to customer's interests.
Other top contenders for the award included New Zealand offices - City Apartments and Ponsonby - and the Australian offices of Double Bay, Surfers Paradise, Glen Waverly, Ascot, New Farm, Lower North Shore and Ferntree Gully.
