Raspberry Coke draws $3010 top bid

The world's first bottles of Coca-Cola Raspberry and Diet Coke with Raspberry have sold for $3010 in an online auction to Auckland man Michael Moot. He will receive the first bottle of each variety in a display case, with verification of their authenticity, plus a second bottle of both to drink.

The bottles were sold on behalf of Coca-Cola Oceania. Raspberry Coke makes its global debut in New Zealand on May 30.

The proceeds of the auction have been matched by Coca-Cola and donated to the charity Youthline.
