A 23-year-old North Island man has been interviewed by police after a 19-year-old woman claimed he raped her yesterday morning at the Wanaka Lake View Holiday Park.
Both were holidaying but not unknown to each other. No arrests have been made and police are continuing to speak with others staying at the park.
