A 20-year-old man accused of sex attacks on two young women has had his name suppression lifted.
Tupuatua Hiomai Onaariki was remanded in custody for a pre-depositions hearing when he reappeared in Auckland District Court yesterday.
He is accused of separate sex attacks on two women, 19 and 18, in inner city Auckland parks on August 30 and October 6.
The charges include rape, sexual violation, attempted sexual violation, abduction and theft.
Onaariki was arrested last Friday.
