Airlines and travel agents who advertise one-way fares. How many people travel one way? It's just done to make the round trip sound cheaper than it actually is -- which can be up to three to four times the one-way fare. This is in the same category as businesses (car dealers, computer dealers etc) which offer prices PLUS GST! All done to fool buyers into thinking that they are getting a bargain price.

I am really proud of the way New Zealand performs on the sporting stage. Kiwis are punching well above their weight.

Went to NZ Post Shop (Ruakaka) on Wednesday and was assured my parcel would be delivered to my daughter by courier post in time for her birthday on Friday. Six days later it arrived back to me with a sticker "return to sender incorrect address". I phoned NZ Post to say it was the correct address and they said I had spelled Clevedon Rd wrong, I had put an "a" in it (Cleavedon). This is a well-known road in Papakura and the parcel also had my contact phone number on it. I paid $9 to post the parcel and they said I would need to pay again and re-post it!

Businesses that give great customer service. For example, last week when I took my windscreen to be replaced at Smith and Smith, I returned to my vehicle to find complimentary mints in the middle compartment.
