Please can the council fix the parking spaces at the Pakuranga Plaza? My family and I went to the Saturday night markets and the spaces between parked cars is a complete joke. Doesn't help that the majority of the people who park there can't park straight at all. The amount of crooked-parked cars we saw while walking to the market was worrying. We're just lucky that there were no scratches on both sides of our car when we got back to it.

Walking down to Campbells Bay beach I noticed a group of Asian students with rubbish bags carefully picking up cigarette butts that thoughtless smokers had left on the grass by a seat bench. I praised them for their efforts and they said that the filters aren't biodegradable. What a pity that the smokers aren't as aware.

To the cheeky bugger who scratched my car door (driver's side) at the Glen Innes Pak'nSave and drove off while I was inside shopping: You are something else. I knew it was you because the young woman waiting in the van on the other side of me had told me once I was done shopping.

First time in this beautiful country and our hosts took us to Bastion Pt. Can I just say, Auckland city is simply breath-taking. Can't wait to see the rest of this place.
