In this busy city of ours, I suppose I might expect to wait several days to get a phone landline connection. Just a metre or two from the pole to the boundary and then a connection along an existing cable to the house. How hard can that be? But a three-month wait and still waiting! Regular calls and waiting on hold for information and updates do not seem to be getting anywhere.

Rave
Rave for the team at Mt Smart Stadium. Attended the Eagles concert on Sunday with my husband, who is in a wheelchair. The process to obtain mobility parking in the stadium was just one phone call and we received a pass via courier the next day. When we arrived at the concert they had volunteers meet us at the gate and escort us (and push my husband) to our seats. They did the same in reverse when the concert was finished. And all of this in that terrible weather. Can't rave enough, thanks team at Mt Smart for making our concert experience even more enjoyable.
