To the phantom connoisseur of Fat Bird Sauvignon Blanc who for a year or so has frequently quaffed a whole bottle of this splendid wine, neatly capped the empty, replaced it in its paper bag and surreptitiously discarded it in the kerbside gutter outside our house - before your secret little habit is exposed, seek help.

Great service from Cambridge Jewellers. Took my stopped watch for a new battery. A couple of hours later got it back with a note: "Battery fine. Just needed cleaning. No charge."

Why can't people pay attention to the correct spelling of names? I myself am Vicki with an "i" and I hate it that people completely ignore this and spell it with a "y". Not only is this rude but also highly offensive, even big organisations spell it wrong. Get the name right - it's a simple ask!

I'm an 88-year-old woman who drove into the car ahead of me, writing off my car. Daniel, the driver of the car ahead, checked I was okay, moved my car to the side of the road, rang the police and waited till the tow truck arrived. He then drove me to the restaurant where 14 friends were waiting, waited while I explained the accident, and drove me home. When I asked if he didn't have a wife waiting, he said his wife was newly at home, having delivered their second child just three days earlier. Daniel, many thanks to you.
