To the tailgating woman in her oversized white Mercedes who tooted at me for not moving forward on to the crossed yellow road markings, therefore blocking the intersection in Mt Eden (oh, and then passed me so she was blocking the intersection) ... perhaps you should learn the road rules, relax and take some lessons in being a courteous driver! I'm fairly certain you would appreciate other drivers not blocking the intersection if you were trying to turn right on to Mt Eden Rd from a side road.

To the wonderful young lady who works at Auckland's Central City Library who "found" my son's lost money. You are an angel, thanks.

Regarding the five "designs" for the new flag - if one of these should be adopted, we will be the laughing stock of the world which would think of us as a load of idiots.

Thanks again to the kind South African man that stopped at the Silverdale BP service station to assist me with my tyre puncture on Friday afternoon, May 22nd. In less than a couple of minutes he had it changed to the space-saver so we were able to get to Silverdale to get a replacement. Very much appreciated by both myself and my mum who was with me at the time.
