Queenstown rally driver Mike Barltrop, who has been charged over the death of fellow competitor Possum Bourne in April, has again been remanded without plea at the Queenstown District Court.
Police amended the charge faced by Barltrop to driving in a manner which, having regard to all the circumstances of the case, was dangerous to the public and thereby caused Bourne's death.
At his last appearance four weeks ago the charge was driving at a speed dangerous to the public and thereby causing Bourne's death.
