The annual Child Cancer handicap half-marathon and relay is to be held in Carterton on Saturday, September 28.
Organiser Ray Wallis said it would be staged over a three-lap course starting and finishing at the Belvedere Hall.
The road is undulating with a 1.5km stretch of gravel per lap. Relay teams can comprise of three walkers and/or runners and any teams with athletes under the age of 16 can have them do split laps.
Start times for teams and individuals will be based on the handicapper's estimate of how long they will take to complete the event with those who estimate four hours or more starting at 11am.
All profits will go to Child Cancer.
