Jonathan Dixon, who posted video footage of England rugby player Mike Tindall and a blonde on the internet, is understood to have been assaulted in a Queenstown bar on Saturday night.
Sergeant Keith Newell, of Queenstown, said that about 10pm, a 40-year-old bouncer at the Ministry of Sports bar was allegedly assaulted by "an intoxicated 47-year-old local man". Mr Dixon, who is 40, is a bouncer at the bar.
