An 18-year-old woman was flown to Waikato hospital today after a quad bike rolled over on a steep hill in a paddock.
The Youthtown Rescue Helicopter was called to Taumaranui at 11:40am where the teenager had received back and abdominal injuries when she was crushed by the machine.
St John Paramedics and New Zealand Fire Service stabilised her at the scene before she was flown to hospital for further treatment.
