Grey Power's Nelson branch is starting a campaign to get energy companies to pay back $4.3 billion they overcharged consumers. The Commerce Commission ruled in May that Kiwis were overcharged by Meridian, Genesis, Contact and Mighty River Power between 2001 and 2007.
