Dalefield School pupils will take a stand against bullying on Pink Shirt Day tomorrow.
Julia Oldroyd, Dalefield School home and school committee member, said the event would link with the nationwide Pink Shirt Day campaign to raise awareness about bullying.
She said the choice was optional for pupils to wear pink. A "pink parade" would be staged at morning assembly and a prize offered "for best effort or most pink clothing".
She said the anti-bullying theme for the day also linked in with a police Kia Kaha programme at the school.
