Owners of Pepperwood Mews, the 32-unit leaky West Auckland housing complex, were pleased with the public support they got yesterday morning outside the block and are planning another public rally.
The block, leased to Housing New Zealand, has been empty since last October when it was deemed uninhabitable because of serious defects.
Housing NZ has distanced itself from the complex, which it says it does not own and has no responsibility for.
