A registered psychologist has been found guilty of professional misconduct after approaching a patient's partner without his consent and quizzing her about her escort business.
In 2006, the unnamed psychologist, referred to as Mr S in a Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal finding, also expressed a sexual attraction for his patient's partner.
The penalties will be announced at a later date.
