A Dunedin real estate agency has been rapped over the knuckles for advertising a property with a picture of a sea view taken from a nearby walkway rather than the property.
J. White complained to the Advertising Standards Authority over LJ Hooker's newspaper ad for a property in Beach St, Dunedin.
"Only a hop, a skip ... and a jump ... into the surf, or cruise along the esplanade enjoying this wonderful part of the world called St Clair," the ad said.
A spokesman for LJ Hooker apologised "if this advertisement has caused any problem".
