KEY POINTS:
Kiwi rugby league international Frank Pritchard will appear in a Sydney court this month after being charged over his alleged role in a brawl.
Pritchard, 23, was to appear in Liverpool Local Court charged with affray (breaching the peace by fighting), the Sydney Daily Telegraph reported.
Police said detectives were still investigating a more serious charge of assault against Pritchard.
Pritchard's younger brother Tom, who underwent heart surgery after being stabbed in the chest during the brawl, could also be charged with affray once his condition improved.
