A convicted killer has accused the Department of Corrections of breaching his human rights by confiscating a women's magazine.
Stephen Hudson, 39, has filed High Court proceedings over a copy of Cosmopolitan containing an article comparing natural breasts to implants.
Hudson was sentenced to life for the murder of Nicholas Pike in 2002.
Pike's mother Evelyn said: "He executed my son ... how can he appeal about his human rights?"
