Princess Anne visited Burnham Military Camp yesterday to inspect members of the Royal New Zealand Corps of Signals and Nursing Corps.
The Princess Royal - who it has been said carries out the most engagements of any member of the royal family - is in New Zealand to represent the Duke of Edinburgh at the 23rd Commonwealth Agricultural Conference in Christchurch.
The Princess arrived in Christchurch on Friday and attended the Royal Show at the Canterbury Agricultural Park, before meeting Governor-General Anand Satyanand.
She will fly back to London today after a "Meet the Volunteers" morning tea with Save the Children New Zealand, a visit to a Life Education Trust mobile classroom and the opening of a kiwi viewing centre at Willowbank Wildlife Reserve.
