Prince William has stepped up to join his father at the forefront of environmental causes by posting a joint video urging people and nations to outlaw trade in endangered animals.
Both Charles and William make the impassioned plea during the six-minute video, before signing off by saying "Let's unite for wildlife" in a number of different languages.
Prince Charles speaking Arabic and Mandarin and Prince William speaking Vietnamese and Swahili may well prove to be the catalyst for people watching the clip, but it is joining a cacophony of voices calling for bans on trade and destruction of ivory stockpiles.
The post comes just before the British government is due to hold an international conference on the issue on February 13 in London.
